PUNTA GORDA — A man who confronted minors riding e-bikes on his street wound up in jail this week, facing felony charges.
Kevin Martin Welsh, 67, of Timber Lane, Punta Gorda, was charged with willfully abusing a child without great bodily harm and grand theft, both third-degree felonies, and battery, a first-degree misdemeanor, according to jail reports.
