PUNTA GORDA — The Military Heritage Museum has discovered and verified what it is calling a “remarkable collection” of documents from Dwight D. Eisenhower and Omar Bradley in the post-World War II years, it announced in a Wednesday news release.
“This is an extraordinary discovery for our museum and historians alike,” Military Heritage Museum Executive Director Isaac James stated in a news release. “These are not just letters, they are the working documents of some of the most influential leaders in modern history, revealing the thought process, discipline, and humanity behind their leadership.”
