ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — A vehicle has rolled over into a ditch after a crash just northeast of city limits.
Shortly before 3 p.m. on Saturday, police and medics responded to reports of a crash at 7348 Schwartz Road slightly north of the St. Joe Center Road intersection. The roadway has been blocked off by police.
