WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – The third suspect in a girl’s 2023 kidnapping admitted to the crime, according to court documents filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court.
Zachary Delozier, now 29, pleaded guilty without an agreement in place that would lessen the punishment. Court documents show he faces no less than 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or a combination of both.
