FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The West Central Fire Protection District has purchased a new 2026 Braun ambulance that officials say is nearly ready to serve the community.
EMS Captain Cody Randall says the unit cost the district $342,000. Unlike previous ambulances acquired by the district, this is the first stock unit they have purchased, which he says helped save money.
