(WANE) – The Ohio Department of Development announced Tuesday a new round of grants that will prepare vacant sites for redevelopment.
The funding is part of the state’s Brownfield Remediation Program, which provides assessments of properties and, in other cases, allows for cleanup and remediation. The total amount announced Tuesday was $15.5M across 35 Ohio counties. Highlighting places closer to the WANE 15 viewing area, here are the properties that will soon be in the process of being transformed.
