FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Indiana Tech has submitted a waiver application to the Department of Planning Services as the school looks to add more student housing at its campus located just east of downtown Fort Wayne.
The application was submitted earlier this month, and asks for setback waivers and a fence height waiver.
The new housing would consist of three building to be constructed on what is currently an empty lot facing Washington Boulevard between University Street and Comparet Street on the west side of campus.
