DeKalb County, Ind.–A man from Indiana was arrested Monday on a nationwide extradition warrant issued by the Department of Corrections.
In a Tuesday morning news release, State Police said the warrant stemmed from a theft case originating in Noble County.
“After speaking with several individuals, receiving assistance from the public, utilizing social media, and with help from Chief Heffelfinger and the Garrett Police Department, officers located Ryan J.
