FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Fort Wayne City Council has been juggling a plethora of hot topics this year. So hot that even on nights when they are not on the agenda, things like Flock cameras and the proposed Anchor Resource Center for the homeless bring out dozens of residents.
That was the case on Tuesday, when nearly 50 people offered public comment, nearly all of whom opposed either a new contract with Flock or a delay in voting on whether to purchase land for the Anchor Resource Center.
