FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A 99-year-old World War II veteran in Fort Wayne has secured a spot on next week’s Honor Flight to Washington, D.C., after years of waiting.
Bill Hoover, a resident of StoryPoint North Senior Living Community in Fort Wayne, applied to go on an Honor Flight to visit the World War II Monument.
