FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A woman accused of placing seven cameras in women’s bathrooms at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum is being held in the Allen County Jail after extradition.
Breanna Deane, 30, was charged with seven counts of Voyeurism, a Level 6 felony, according to court documents obtained Aug. 25 from the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office. She was booked into jail a week later in Pennsylvania.
The Coliseum’s Chief Operating Officer, Clement Steigmeyer, reported that several cameras had been found in the women’s bathroom near Section 215. The responding officer was given three cameras that staff had collected and then collected a fourth camera that was still taped to a toilet.

A day later, another officer responded to the Memorial Coliseum for a follow-up investigation, and the general manager reported finding three more cameras in the women’s restroom near Section 216 taped to the toilets.
Police tested the cameras for DNA and reviewed footage saved on several memory cards that showed a person wearing a green coat, black pants with white stripes, white shoes, and a light-colored purse leaving the stall just as the recording started…
