FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Indiana Michigan Power is one of 21 power companies on a heightened alert about possible blackouts after U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright issued an order putting companies in 13 states on high alert through Friday.
Wright is telling companies to be ready to cut electric use or increase generation this week.
