ANDREWS, Ind. (WPTA) – The town of Andrews is still looking for a solution to its water crisis that started over three years ago. Andrews is located in rural Huntington County just off Highway 24. Home to just over a thousand people, the town has seen opportunities to grow, but Andrews Council President Laura Dillon says the town’s ongoing water problems have held them back.
