FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – What once was simply a plaque, to then a town, and now as its mayor describes it as a booming city. Mayor Steve McMichael delivered his State of the City speech for New Haven Thursday afternoon. Numerous members of the city and Allen County attended the event at the New Haven Community Center.
