NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) – New Haven Mayor Steve McMichael gave the first State of the City address of his second term Thursday. The main focus of the address was that New Haven’s brightest days are ahead. As the city does look ahead, plans must keep future generations in mind, McMichael said.
