Enjoy your favorite winter activities during Winterval

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Enjoy the cold temperatures and fun activities during the 13th annual Winterval throughout the Fort Wayne area.

Winterval is taking place at many downtown Fort Wayne locations, and are offering plenty of family fun activities. You can enjoy winter fun from visiting with sled dogs to watching live ice sculpting.

Winterval started out with a morning hike at Lindenwood Nature Preserve at 9 am. Hikers were able to enjoy nature, see deer and birds, and warm up by a bonfire after the hike was done.

Events are from 9 a.m. and go all the way until 10 p.m. There’s a mix of free and paid activities. Activities include ice carving, curling at the curling club, warm heart market, and winter cozy at Promenade park.
