FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A crash caused a traffic tie-up Thursday morning on northbound I-69 in Allen County. The crash took place after 7:30 a.m. south of the U.S. 30/Goshen Road interchange at mile marker 309. Traffic was temporarily slowed or stopped for over a mile, and began flowing smoothly about an hour later.
