FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Alex Michelini, who lives on Burgess Street, is upset. He says his ring video shows an officer with the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) opening a gate to his yard, shining a flashlight around the area and attempting to open his back door before leaving and getting back in his car.
