JAVA displays ribbons in Downtown Fort Wayne, to raise awareness for National Missing Persons Day

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Driving downtown Fort Wayne, you may notice some colorful ribbons tied to the trees by Headwaters Park. Those ribbons are for National Missing Persons Day held on Feb. 3, 2024. Leaders with the Justice, Accountability, and Victim Advocacy Group, also known as JAVA, gathered alongside families Saturday afternoon to hang them.
