FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – The water main break that had West State Boulevard blocked Monday morning has been repaired, but the traffic lights in the area are now out. Crews working to repair the break, between the 600 and 900 blocks of State, hit an electrical conduit, knocking out the lights.
