FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN) is having its annual Valentine’s Day fundraiser selling “Puppy Love Valentines”. The “Puppy Love Valentines” are gift boxes with things like chocolate, dog treats, an ICAN calendar, artwork made by the ICAN dogs and other things.
