ROANOKE, Ind. (WOWO) – A person is dead and another is in critical condition after a semi rear-ended a pickup truck near the General Motors Plant on Monday afternoon. Just before 2 p.m., officers with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department responded to the area of Lafayette Center Road at Zubrick Road.
