21-year-old Fort Wayne man convicted in double-homicide seeks appeal

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A Fort Wayne man convicted of fatally shooting two teens in 2021 is appealing his conviction. Tre Zwieg, 21, was handed down a 140-year sentence after a jury found him guilty in the shooting of 19-year-old Brendan Steave Cole, who was shot three times, and 16-year-old Juan Jose Ramirez Jr., who was shot 16 times.
