First Alert Forecast: Warming up the next few days

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The workweek warm-up keeps coming! Skies stay partly cloudy for Wednesday with highs reaching the upper 40s to low 50s in 21Country. Our next weather system slips in for Thursday and Friday, boosting temperatures into the mid to upper 50s during the two-day stint. Winds begin to pick up for the end of the workweek as gusts come out of the south up to 30 mph. A few spotty showers are possible by Thursday evening and night, with an isolated shower or two for early Friday morning. The cloud cover won’t last for long on Friday, sunshine looks to come out for later in the day once the front passes.
