Demolition of the former Pepsi bottling plant begins in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – The next phase of the Riverfront Development project begins with tearing down the old, to make room for new growth. Demolition project of the former Pepsi bottling plant began today. Approval for the project came last year with an unanimous city council vote. The seven-acres of land on Harrison Street was purchased for $4.5 billion.
