FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A Fort Wayne woman whose child died from cocaine and fentanyl toxicity in 2022 has accepted a plea agreement. Noel Wood, 26, was charged with three felony child neglect charges after her 4-year-old son Dominic Wood died in July 2022. She was charged alongside her boyfriend, 34-year-old Jonathan Mulvihill.
