Recently the Hicksville Piecemakers Quilt Group donated a quilt to the Hicksville Beautification Committee to assist with their fundraising efforts. The Beautification Committee will raffle off the quilt, with the winning ticket to be drawn at the annual plant event on Mother’s Day weekend. Proceeds will be shared by the two groups to help fund their continuing work in the community.
