FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – The NACS School Board will vote on Monday on whether or not to fire a Carroll Middle School Teacher who was charged with assault in January. On January 10, Punam Bali, 46, was arrested and charged with assault after hitting a student in the face, according to documents in the case.
