FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — A new employee at Parkview Heart Institute is bringing some real puppy love to his coworkers. Kaylan Kisler, a nurse at PVHI, started her career in healthcare during the pandemic. Since then, she experienced burnout first-hand and watched many people quit, leaving the Hospital understaffed.
