FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – A man who was arrested and charged for holding a woman hostage last year has received sentencing. Ruben Perez Sr., 52 at the time, was arrested on April 26 in the 6500 block of Londonderry Lane after he barricaded himself and a woman at 9:22 p.m.
