NORTH MANCHESTER – Sara Trovinger, associate professor of pharmacy at Manchester University Fort Wayne, has been named to the Allen County Board of Health. “Being named to the Board of Health is a profound honor and responsibility for me,” Trovinger said. “It’s an opportunity to give back to the community that has shaped who I am and to help ensure that our public health policies meet the needs of all residents.”
