WOODBURN, Ind. (WFFT) – The 52nd infant surrender to Safe Haven Baby Boxes brought the organization back to where it all started. The first Safe Haven Baby Box was installed at the Woodburn Fire Department in 2016 and eight years later, a mother was the first to place her infant in the northeast Indiana box.
