VAN WERT – Monday morning shortly after 10 a.m., a vehicle crash with injuries was reported at the intersection of Washington Street and Ervin Road in Van Wert. Tyler Thomas Harrell, 29, of Decatur, Indiana, faces several charges as a result of the incident.
