NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – At 4:16 pm, trained weather spotters reported a tornado on the ground two miles southeast of Ligonier, noting debris in its wake. Several other confirmed reports followed, at 4:34 pm near Cosperville, where a pole barn roof was ripped off, and again at 4:58 pm three miles northeast of Oliver Lake in LaGrange county.
