PIERCETON – A man was recently arrested for allegedly battering a woman he previously harmed. Ross Joe Reed, 39, Fort Wayne, is charged with domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor; domestic battery committed in the presence of a child and domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, both level 6 felonies; and domestic battery with a prior conviction, a level 5 felony.
