FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control (FWACC) will be holding its annual Howl-O-Walkoween event in downtown Fort Wayne in mid-October. The event, which will be held at the Promenade Park Pavilion starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, will feature a costume parade, a costume contest, raffle prizes, pet portraits, vendors, food trucks, and more.
