FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Allen County Coroner’s Office has released further details regarding human remains that were discovered along a major highway earlier this year. NIPSCO workers were surveying the area of I-469 and Winchester Road on March 11 when one uncovered human remains along the interstate.
