Most of the area continues to be in a severe drought, according the the drought monitor.

Through November 8th, Fort Wayne has picked up 0.47 inches of rainfall. This is below average by 0.29 inches for the month. Note that the drought monitor data is collected on Tuesday, so not all of the month’s rain has been calculated into our latest map. However, the rain that fell after the data cutoff on Tuesday was not much to make a notable difference.
