Indianapolis, Carmel, and Anderson made the National Association of Realtors list for the hottest housing markets of 2025 , so Indiana could continue to see plenty of interested buyers in a market with a lower supply of homes than in years past.

With that in mind, here’s what a home in the $500,000 to $575,000 price range looks like in December in cities around the state.
