ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) – St. Joseph County Sheriff William Redman has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit that was brought against him by Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita for the county’s alleged failure to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
According to MyCase, the motion to dismiss was filed on Tuesday.
