FWPD: Two arrested after ‘extremely appalling’ gang-related battery at Pierre’s

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) says two men are facing charges in what they call a “vicious” battery at Pierre’s Entertainment Center earlier this month.

Police say on March 2, the department’s Gang & Violent Crimes Unit (GVCU) started a follow-up investigation about an alleged gang-related battery that happened on March 1 around 1:30 a.m.

Officers say the victim had just left Pierre’s when 18-year-old Camari Kizer called 29-year-old Duprece Walker to help him confront the victim…
