AUBURN, Ind. (WISH) — A DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office deputy is in jail after an investigation found probable cause that he committed a rape.
In February, an Indiana State Police Fort Wayne Post detective began an investigation into an allegation of rape against Zachary Kerley, 29, of Huntertown, Indiana. This investigation began at the request of Whitley County Prosecuting Attorney D.J. Sigler, the special prosecutor assigned to this case.
