Napoleon contractor accused of scamming customers arrested for felony theft

PAULDING COUNTY, Ohio — A Napoleon contractor with multiple civil and criminal lawsuits filed against him across northwest Ohio was arrested Saturday on felony theft charges, according to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office.

Joseph Schlosser, 26, was arrested in Defiance by that county’s sheriff’s office on the two fourth-degree charges, according to a warrant filed by the sheriff. He was then given to Paulding County.
