FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – For nearly 30 years, a Fort Wayne-based magazine has featured northeast Indiana businesses. This month its last issue was published.
Business People Founder and Publisher Dan Copeland moved his family from Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1987 to start Michiana Business Publications and a magazine once named Business Digest. Over the years it has evolved and grown into Business People, a staple in the northeast Indiana business community.
The magazine featured local companies, non-profit organizations and people, highlighting the goods and services they offer. Eventually, a quarterly magazine called Living, and special annual publications like Business Women, Junior Achievement’s Career Exploration Guide, and the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival Guide were added to the list of publications…
