FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Fort Wayne Police Department’s Victim Assistance program has announced the date of its annual candelight vigil as part of the National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
The program hosts the yearly vigil to honor homicide victims and their surviving family members.
