The story of Hyde Brothers Booksellers reads much like many of the books inside the beloved used bookstore.
It’s a story filled with love, loss, and a perseverance to carry on a legacy built over more than 30 years.
In 1992, Sam and Joel Hyde opened the store at 1428 Wells Street in Fort Wayne.
Joel moved on to open his own bookstore, and eventually got out of the business…
