FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Cedar Canyon Elementary welcomed its new therapy dog, Birdie, on Tuesday.
Birdie, an Australian Labradoodle, is meant to provide support to students and help maintain a positive school climate. She has a non-shedding coat that produces less dander, which is the cause for most pet allergies in people.
