FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A food truck renowned for its indulgent lobster dishes is parked in northeast Fort Wayne on Thursday.
Cousins Maine Lobster is serving up seafood in the parking lot of Menard’s on Meijer Drive throughout the day before getting back on the road.
Since the business’ stint on Shark Tank a decade ago, it has opened multiple restaurants and many more food trucks, which are on the road traveling the country. On Thursday’s stop, a Nashville-based truck is serving up seafood from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday’s event follows the success of a trip in October 2024, when thousands of people flocked to Fortlandia to try out the menu of lobster rolls and related meals. The food truck plans to return to the local brewery May 17…
