ISP: Driver allegedly clocked going more than 130 MPH in I-69 construction zone

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A driver was allegedly clocked driving more than double the posted speed limit in an I-69 construction zone on Thursday.

The driver was allegedly driving 132 miles per hour in an area with a 55 miles per hour speed limit, according to the Indiana State Police Fort Wayne Post. They were ticketed.

“Please slow down in construction zones,” the agency said in a Facebook post. “We lose too many people to senseless crashes in Indiana.”…
