Analysis Background
The 72-page study, conducted by Conventions, Sports & Leisure International (CSL), aims to provide Coliseum leaders, the Allen County/Fort Wayne Capital Improvement Board (CIB) and local stakeholders with information “necessary to make decisions regarding the future” of the Coliseum.
Using local market data, Coliseum data provided by management, analysis of comparable markets and venues, surveys of Coliseum patrons and discussions with industry participants, CSL used the study to also provide leaders with “a focus on protecting and growing its competitive in the evolving regional and national events industry.”
